Job Description
  • Assisting in cash book entries and bank reconciliations mainly performed on Excel spreadsheets.
  • Summarizing information and producing spreadsheet schedules to assist in the preparation of client's accounts and VAT returns.
  • Assisting with the processing of clients payroll.
  • Maintaining clients accounting records on Cloud book keeping software (Xero, Quickbooks etc.)
  • Maintaining the firm's database and scanning incoming post onto our document management system.
  • Various other ad hoc duties

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • AAT qualified or part qualified (Level 3 or 4)
  • Some relevant accounting or finance experience
  • Good knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to work on your own initiative.
