Prepare interim and full year financial accounts for the Company and Group and acting as a key contact with the auditors in the audit process.
Develop and run monthly financial control processes and look to streamline the month end reporting schedule.
Preparation of budgets, forecasts and business plans and continued monitoring and review of performance against them to enable robust, regular reporting.
Financial modelling for purposes of fund-raising and lenders.
Review of Finance systems and implementation of new solutions.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
