You will provide strategic and operational financial leadership to create develop, implement, and evolve a robust and forward-focused financial planning, analysis, and performance function.
You will lead the creation and development of robust financial planning, analysis, and performance measurement in conjunction with the senior leadership team to ensure the organization achieves its strategic objectives.
Manage the end-to-end delivery of financial forecasting processes, including communications, timetable and data requirements.
Use the outputs from the financial models and analysis to drive decision-making.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will have highly developed relationship management and networking skills and be adept at fostering joint working across functions and organizational boundaries.
You will have proven senior finance business partnering skills and be able to partner with executive & senior management level stakeholders.
You will have proven experience in creating, implementing, and evolving detailed financial models and forecasts in a complex environment and have strong analytical skills.
You’ll be a team player who can work with other functions to achieve objectives.
Your experience will include leading the annual and long-term financial planning process in collaboration with other senior stakeholders.
