Job Description
- You will provide strategic and operational financial leadership to create develop, implement, and evolve a robust and forward-focused financial planning, analysis, and performance function.
- You will lead the creation and development of robust financial planning, analysis, and performance measurement in conjunction with the senior leadership team to ensure the organization achieves its strategic objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of financial forecasting processes, including communications, timetable and data requirements.
- Use the outputs from the financial models and analysis to drive decision-making.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- You will have highly developed relationship management and networking skills and be adept at fostering joint working across functions and organizational boundaries.
- You will have proven senior finance business partnering skills and be able to partner with executive & senior management level stakeholders.
- You will have proven experience in creating, implementing, and evolving detailed financial models and forecasts in a complex environment and have strong analytical skills.
- You’ll be a team player who can work with other functions to achieve objectives.
- Your experience will include leading the annual and long-term financial planning process in collaboration with other senior stakeholders.
