Job Description
- Managing all transactions
- Calculating tax payments and returns
- Reconciling bank statements , accounts payable and receivable
- Auditing financial documents and procedures
- Managing balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Preparation of budget forecasts
- Handling monthly, quarterly and annual closing
- Inputting taxes and preparation of tax returns
- Ensuring financial data confidentiality and completing database backups when required
- Complying with financial policies and regulations
- Any other accountancy duties when required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Demonstrable experience in an accounting role
- Hold an AAT Level 4 or above
- Previous experience of dealing with VAT, imports and exports, self-assessment, corporation tax and management accounts
- Possess excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Experience of Xero
- Company secretarial experience
