This role is best suited to someone with experience within the motor trade, or a similar environment, who is able to work within a fast paced environment.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Produce management accounts as required by the dealership leadership team.
Lead the review and variance analysis of the management accounts in monthly management meetings.
Assist in weekly and monthly forecasting activities for your assigned division.
Respond to queries from the dealership leadership team relating to financial and accounting matters.
Lead the audit and key control practices at site level, supporting operational management to meet group expectations for internal audit.
Lead and support on the annual budget process.
Responsibility for assigned dealership balance sheets, ensuring correct accounting process and internal company policy is observed, mitigating and reviewing for any risk.
Provide day to day leadership to a small team of accounts and administration professionals.
Role may have line management responsibility for a small in-house account team or require liaison with a centralized accounting/ledger hub.
Role will have line management responsibility for sales administrators.
Liaise with divisional and group level accounting staff to ensure a consistent approach.
