- Credit card reconciliations
- Corporate bank reconciliations
- Posting local authority invoices
- PHB Quarterly invoices
- Raising and authorizing bank payments
- Intercompany bank transfers and corresponding Sage Journals
- Uploading and updating direct debit payments
- Credit control
- Client account queries
- International payments
- Supplier set up forms
- Private client invoices
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Accounts Receivable
- Credit Control
- Purchase Ledger
- Sales Ledger
- Credit Controller
- Finance Assistant
- Excel and Sage 50 experience essential
- AAT Level 2 or equivalent essential
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
