Job Description
- Invoicing clients through our Field Management Software
- Applying correct treatment of CIS and VAT Reverse charge
- Checking pricing and details submitted on completed jobs
- Taking ownership of the administration of client portals
- Liaising with the operations team regarding client queries
- Managing the Sales Ledger inbox
- Assistance with credit control
- Answering incoming calls to the finance office
- Offering support and cover to colleagues in the finance team
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Microsoft Office
- Processing Invoices
- Sage
- Sales Ledger
- Some experience in working in an office environment - a previous role in Finance or administration preferred
- A confident, effective communicator
- Knowledge of MS Office systems and Sage
- Some knowledge of the CIS scheme beneficial although not essential
- Organized and methodical
- Possess the desire to have a career in Finance
- Eager to learn
