Job Description

This is a newly created role that will offer an exciting and stimulating opportunity for anyone interested in a mix of both operational and strategic work in a growing business.
You will be working closely with the group finance team, specifically the Group Financial Controller and CFO.
Some of the key areas will be:
Refining and implementing Treasury policies with key finance team members. Managing and developing the groups relationships with banks and other lenders. Developing forecast models to ensure that liquidity needs are anticipated and funded. Day to day ownership of Group and Head office cash to ensure security and effective utilisation. Develop and maintain strong relationships with Divisional Finance teams across the Group to help deliver working capital, cash and FX needs. Calculate and understand foreign exchange exposures across the Group. Design and implement effective foreign exchange hedging strategies and policies. Undertake foreign exchange and interest rate hedging programme Work with Divisional Finance teams to ensure they appreciate and understand the financial risks arising from their operations. Integration of newly acquired businesses into the Group’s treasury procedures. Enable better decision making across the business using appropriate techniques.
This role would suit a fully qualified candidate with good experience in a similar treasury role with international exposure.
We work 8.00 until 4.30 Monday to Thursday and finish at 1.00 on a Friday so you can start your weekend early.
