Company is looking for candidates with significant experience and networks across Insurance and / or Banking sub-sectors to help drive the growth ambitions of our Financial Services sector. We are interested in candidates who are able to take full accountability for generating and building client accounts, developing long term client relationships, managing profitable engagements. We also expect candidates to combine BD activity with ‘on the ground’ client delivery work. Our Client Directors are members of the Executive Committee and add capability to the operational leadership of the firm, play a key role in business planning and provide inputs to our strategy from a sector perspective.

  • Cash package of circa £200,000 (comprising of £135,000 base and a combination of personal, company and uncapped sales bonuses that are paid every six months)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • 10 + years consulting experience, including a minimum of 3 years with one of the larger consulting firms
  • Business transformation and a PPM focus to their CV
  • Strong and relevant sales track record
  • Proven delivery experience with evidence of having led and grown significant accounts within the Financial Services sector (we are particularly interested in candidates with experience in the insurance and/or retail banking sub-sectors)
  • Degree qualified with appropriate professional qualifications and accreditations (e.g. APM membership, CMC, MSP, PRINCE2)
