Job Description

• Managing a programmer of work allocated by the relevant manager and reporting regularly on progress.
• Overall managerial responsibilities  with the Accountant .
•  Assisting in financial control, monitoring of activities and the provision of financial advice.
•  To assist in budget setting, budget-monitoring and reporting of financial performance against budgets and investigating variances.
• Support the Accountant and other finance colleagues in producing accounts, reports and estimates. Collecting evidence and information and performing reconciliations as required.
•  To assist in providing financial information, analysis and advice to senior officers and auditors as required.
•  Initially working in a supporting capacity, the trainee will be given more responsibility as their competency levels increase.
