Job Description
  • Creating new customer records and keeping existing records records up-to-date.
  • Answering customer queries and issues - determining problems, sorting and applying solutions.
  • Assist in the daily process of correcting and issuing Customer Invoices
  • Handling and processing cash received. Preparing paperwork and deposit boxes for daily collection by Security firm.
  • Daily Bank account reconciliation involving 3 different Banks and many accounts.
  • Taking online card payments from customers and keeping appropriate records.
  • Assisting the Company Accountant and providing back-up as required
  • Assist in running the daily Company Direct Debit system and onward transmission to the Bank.
  • Running daily management reports providing insight into Company performance and under achievement
  • Month-end and Year-end processing of accounts and reports.
  • Compile Monthly Payroll analysis with breakdown and provide appropriate journals.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent Customer Service Manner
  • Experience within Purchase Ledger/ Sales Ledger

  • Team Player
