Job Description
  •  Billing including preparation of occasional statute bills
  •  Preparing daily banking and allocating funds received
  •  Assisting departments with matter ledger enquiries
  •  Inter account transfers
  • Code and check purchase invoices
  • Check and reconcile supplier statements and resolve any queries
  • Process and pay staff expenses
  •  Cash collection including payment chasing/credit control
  •  Prepare monthly company credit card journal
  •  Daily bank reconciliations

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  •  Three years experience in a similar account's role
  •  Working within a legal environment, understanding of legal terminology and a completed (or currently studying)  AAT qualification is highly desirable.
