Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Being at the front of house you will be answering incoming telephone calls and deal with callers or messages in the most efficient and professional manner
  • Manage the incoming and outgoing post on a daily basis
  • Arranging couriers and taking the post to the post office on a daily basis
  • Maintaining the stock levels for stationery, print supplies, refreshments, cleaning materials etc
  • Keeping the reception tidy at all times
  • Managing the meeting room bookings via the outlook calendar, preparing refreshment, and ordering lunches as and when it’s required
  • You will be required to book travel and hotel accommodation for employees when required
  • Printing, Scanning, Filling of documents and letters
  • Formatting and amending documents in accordance with the business’s corporate styles
  • Check through the monthly expenses
  • Organize and maintain a filling/storage system that is effective and in accordance with the company procedures
  • Updating any administrative processes and policies within the company, and as a part of the wider team
  • Adhoc admin queries will be required as and when to make sure the operations of the office are smooth as possible

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous Administration and Reception experience if the role is combined into one that is also ok IT skills with experience using Microsoft package to an intermediate level. Accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines Ability to use own initiative and work proactively with a "can-do" approach Experience working unsupervised and as part of a team Good organizational and multitasking skills
