Job Description
  • Reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards.
  • Assisting with monthly/quarterly/year-end accounts.
  • Preparation and submission of sales invoices.
  • Purchase ledger entry onto the accounting system.
  • Managing petty cash and records.
  • Maintaining fixed asset register.
  • General office administrative tasks - including drafting correspondence and assisting with team administration.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong MS Office skills including Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables etc.)
  • Accounting software experience (Access Dimensions, SAGE, Xero etc.)
  • Prior administration experience - ideally gained in a creative business.
  • AAT, CIMA, or ACCA part-qualified (ideal but not essential)
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Credit Card
  • Pivot Tables
  • Typing
