Accounts Assistant

Job Description
- Maintain financial records including daily transactions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Reconcile bank statements, balance sheets, income statements
- Assist in the preparation of month-end, Journals
- Process and record invoices and receipts
- Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with other departments, Internal and external, to ensure timely payment and collection of invoices
- General support during year-end audits
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system for financial records and documents
- Ad Hoc admin
