Job Description
  • Maintain financial records including daily transactions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
  • Reconcile bank statements, balance sheets, income statements
  • Assist in the preparation of month-end, Journals
  • Process and record invoices and receipts
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with other departments, Internal and external, to ensure timely payment and collection of invoices
  • General support during year-end audits
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system for financial records and documents
  • Ad Hoc admin
