• Experience with Sage
• Assist budget holders and/or the Finance Manager in raising orders for goods and services

• Direct goods received to the correct locations in liaison with the Site team.
• Process supplier delivery notes and invoices, obtaining authorization for payment in accordance with the approved Budget Holder list.
• Prepare BACS payment runs.
• Reconcile supplier statements to the purchase ledger
