Job Description
- Develop, maintain and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models as needed
- Prepare, review and distribute monthly financial reports
- Track expenses and revenues vs. budget on investment portfolio
- Assist with producing quarterly Management accounts
- Prepare annual financial information to be provided to the external auditors
- Prepare monthly reports
- Assist in the budget and reforecast process
- Prepare and Audit Loan statements to various lenders
- Evaluate profit and cost efficiencies in various areas of business
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Equivalent qualification/or two years of relevant experience
- Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Advanced excel skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to get hands-on in a wide range of tasks
- Confident dealing with senior management of the business
- Must have initiative and willingness to learn and develop
