Work closely with the Halls Team to provide a high standard customer focussed administrative service.
Provide excellent and effective customer service to residents, guests and visitors.
Develop and maintain efficient and effective administrative processes in order to support the business activities of the Residences.
Monitor and re-sell vacancies quickly and efficiently to minimise the financial liability of the University.
About the candidate:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, resilient and motivated Customer Service Administrator to support the ongoing development of the Commercial Services Department.
The role requires you to be flexible in your approach on a day to day basis, in order to deal with all operational requirements and support the team, as well as working across operational boundaries as reasonably requested.

Monday to Friday – 8:45 am – 4:30pmThere is also the requirement to work occasional evenings and weekends as required by the business. Especially to provide cover for Open Days, the University’s Clearing period and the main halls arrival weekend.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Be a confident, people-focused professional with an excellent command of the English Language, and with evidence of your ability to build effective working relationships across a large team. Exercise judgement and initiative when dealing with a range of challenges and issues, with strong organisational skills. Experienced in prioritising your own workload to meet set objectives and deadlines. Demonstrate a commitment to the provision of excellent customer service within the University, and external providers. Provide professional and efficient administrative services, supporting the Student Living administration team. Have a flexible approach to work is required to enable the Team to deliver a high quality customer focused service.
