Job Description
  • Preparation of annual accounts for audit including collation of all supporting documentation
  • Management of the audit process in line with prevailing legislation and deadlines
  • Preparation of monthly management reports for our clients
  • Complete monthly bank reconciliations
  • Liaising with the property managers and/or client in respect of the accounting
  • Liaising with leaseholders regarding any accounting queries
  • Preparation of one-off reports and provision of ad hoc accounting information and/or analysis to meet client requirements
  • Assistance to Property Managers in the preparation of service charge budgets.
  • Issue service charge budgets/demands
  • Occasionally attend on site or client meetings, including budget or accounts presentation

  • Highly efficient and organized
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Superb communication skills both written and verbal
  • Adept at being part of a team as well as working independently
