Job Description
  • Purchase Ledger: Filing and posting invoices and receipts and reconciling supplier accounts.
  • Support with monthly management accounts
  • Support with VAT returns
  • Preparing the cost control for one of our project based in London.
  • Handling expense claims
  • Assisting with Financial Audit.
  • Filing and archiving invoices
  • Assisting with payment runs
  • Other general bookkeeping task.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • At least one year’s previous experience in an accountancy-based role.
  • Working for a construction company is desirable.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong organization skills: able to priorities and manage conflicting demands and requirements of various professional staff.
  • Ability to work under own initiative.
  • IT Skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and a good understanding of Outlook
