Job Description
- Prepare Monthly Management Accounts and partner with the Finance team to produce monthly management packs
- Responsible for a team of three - managing and supporting them, including setting clear goals and driving their personal development
- Prepare short-term forecasts - identify and embed improvements to the cash flow forecast process
- Assist other team in delivering improvements to financial reporting output
- Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Qualified Accountant (ACA preferable) - Ideally from an audit background
- Experience working in an International business
- Previous management experience preferable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and commercially minded
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
