Job Description

•  Liaise with and prepare all paperwork required by the Auditors, ie records, to send data by email or other means.
•  Monitor all expenditures against budgets on spreadsheets.
•  Enter financial information onto the Trust’s data bases using Microsoft Office and Sage
•  Produce financial information and accounts using Sage and Microsoft Office, spreadsheets and data input including bank reconciliation.
•  Raise orders and check invoices and arrange for payments
•  Income reconciliation, recording and banking
•  Market income reconciliation recording and banking
•  Manage cash, bank and reconcile as appropriate
