Job Description
- Leading the accounting team including year end audit
- Developing, mentoring and supporting the accounting team, adding heads when necessary
- Creating and enhancing accounting policies and procedures
- Business partnering with other department heads
- Working with auditors, group tax and tax accounting personnel
- Responsible for year end, final accounts preparation and preparation of annual budgets
- Working with the Finance Director on strategic projects including continuous improvement programs.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with a demonstrable record in managing and mentoring staff.
- You will also have strong statutory reporting experience , good excel skills and able to communicate at all levels.
