Job Description
- Reviewing transactions and accounts investigating balances and anomalies
- Create process documentation for the purchase elder processes
- Review and analyses charity expenditure making sure that the necessary procedures are being followed
- Dealing with supplier queries & process ad hoc payment runs
- Carry out routine reconciliations on supplier and supplier balances
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience of processing purchase ledger
- Good knowledge of debit and credits
- Strong experience of reconciliations
- Excellent communications
