Job Description
- Support the purchase ledger function and work closely with the wider finance team.
- Process supplier invoices.
- Assist in raising sales ledger invoices/credit notes.
- Produce bi-weekly payment runs and manual payments.
- Process bank transactions and complete monthly bank reconciliations.
- Manage company credit cards.
- Input petty cash transactions and reconcile.
- Assist with balance sheet reconciliations.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Is highly organized and methodical.
- Has previous experience working in a finance team.
- Is a good team player.
- Has good IT skills including Excel.
- Is self-motivated, resourceful, and keen to learn and share knowledge.
