Job Description

This broad role will include:

  • Credit Control
  • Daily Bank reconciliations
  • Calculation of month end accruals, prepayments and the completion of balance sheet reconciliations
  • VAT Returns
  • Purchase Ledger
  • Production of timely reports for cashflow, activity levels and monthly management information and accounts
  • To implement financial controls and encourage good practice across the business
  • To provide other related data and record management services
  • Any other duties as requested the Directors in order to meet the changing needs and demands of the business.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience of Xero would be advantageous but not essential
  • MS Excel
  • High level of accuracy
  • Confident, friendly communication style
    • Appetite to seek innovation and improvement
