You will be responsible for preparing monthly accounts in line with agreed accounting policies and provide financial reporting on key performance indicators, cash flow forecasts and partner monthly statements.
Ensuring prompt payment of all Fundraiser commissions and supplier invoices, having checked calculations and obtained payment authorization.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA or AAT Level 3) or equivalent relevant experience
Experience in processing financial transactions in a commercial or professional environment using computer-based accounting systems
Experienced in producing financial reports using Excel
Understanding of purchasing and payments systems and maintenance of cost centers
Ability to analyses variances and seek explanations from budget holders
Experience of effective time management and prioritizing conflicting workloads successfully
Effective team player
IT and computer skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages generally and very proficient in MS Excel
Ability to priorities and achieve set goals as well as working within tight deadlines
Own transport is essential for this role (as public transport is not available)
