Our client is a forward-thinking recruitment agency, focusing on digital, tech, financial, change and security. With their headquarters in the City of London, they have further bases in Belfast, Paris and Sydney. They are seeking bright, ambitious and entrepreneurial people to join them.

Business Administration Assistant

We are currently on the lookout for a bright and organised individual to help support our Internal Recruitment and Operations Manager. Your role would be to support our consultants in proofreading and improving job adverts before posting them to our advertising platforms, managing these platforms to make sure they are effectively used, proofreading company documents, scheduling interviews with both candidates and clients, assisting your line manager with adhoc tasks and projects, helping to set up for company events at local careers fairs to name a few.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Either a current university student looking for summer work or recent graduate, or A level leaver
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multi task and stay organised
  • Friendly and outgoing
