Job Description
- Calculation of Annual Bonus pools.
- Reconciliation of Compensation related accounts including payroll and benefits for numerous legal entities.
- Responsibility for month-end reporting to Management Team.
- Review and Report upon Balance Sheet entries and explain any variances that may arise.
- Support the Financial Controller in assessing compensation related liabilities to support forecasts and divisional business plans.
- Ensure Compensation Accounting currency exposure is managed and reported on.
- Lead the Annual Audit in relation to all Compensation Accounting matters.
- Drive continuous improvement of calculation models, processes and controls to achieve operational excellence.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Experience of working in Compensation Accounting is required.
- Proven ability to implement new policies and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly charged environment.
