Job Description

The Director of Finance oversees leading and managing all finance functions within the Europe and Asia Regions. He/She support senior stakeholders on all business reviews, manage business plans and budgets across multiple departments/division and forecast future needs using a long-term planning process to make informed decisions that improve company performance. A Director of Finance works closely with the senior leadership team to outline company goals and oversee the organization’s long-term financial health as we expand and grow in both regions.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Ensures entity accountability for overall profitability and cost results
• Follows UPS purchasing guidelines and adheres to local accounting standards
• Drive the financial business planning cycle for both the Europe and Asia Regions by analyzing performance and risks.
• Present company’s financial position and acts to prevent negative impacts on earnings
• Provide stakeholders insights to market trends and leading indicators
• Support the Region’s expansion and growth objectives
• Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance monthly
• Present reports to the leadership executives
• Be innovate and support growth with new ideas or approaches
• Manages local and remote teams providing direction and leadership
