Job Description

Working directly with the CFO, you will support the continuous growth of the business as well as lead the day-to-day operations of the finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and owning responsibility for the weekly and month-end reporting process
  • Building and driving quarterly, monthly and weekly flash reporting
  • Dive and own the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly re-forecasts in collaboration with the full business
  • Driving FP&A and Commerciality across finance and the broader business
  • Comprehensive ownership of all financial reporting, forecasting, analysis and compliance
  • Developing effective policies and processes within the finance function
  • Driving development of processes and automation efficiency using systems (AP, AR & Forecasting) to drive best in class infrastructure and value-creation services across the
  • Business
  • Ensuring we are legally and tax compliant (includes (VAT/ Payroll tax/ Corporation tax) in all jurisdictions and timely submission of Intrastate declarations
  • Managing our treasury and working capital position
  • Assessing our FX exposure using forward contracts in coordination with brokers
  • Overseeing payroll processing
  • Steering best practice across the company on processes and controls

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA etc.)
  • You have proven experience as a Head of Finance or a similar position
  • You have experience building, leading and developing a team
  • You have a solid understanding of financial and management accounting
  • You have strong commercial finance and FP&A experience
  • You have excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Experience working within a data led tech organization would be advantagious
  • Experience with international reporting & compliance
  • You are comfortable in fast paced growth environments.
