Job Description

The post holder will ensure enquiries from current PGRs and supervisors are dealt with effectively and in a timely manner, proving expert guidance and information around funding, including claiming expenses, tuition fees, stipend payments and project cost expenditure.

This is a part-time role (2 days per week) and will form part of a job-share arrangement.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful candidate will have a customer-focused attitude and be able to demonstrate a number of competencies including excellent attention to detail, numeracy skills, well-developed organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task effectively and priorities their workload when under pressure. We expect the successful candidate to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively and to operate professionally with postgraduate researchers and academic colleagues from a range of backgrounds.
