Job Description

Working closely with the senior leadership team you will:-

• Manage the finance functions day to day activities ensuring that processes and procedures and adequate for the company’s anticipated growth trajectory
• Drive the business to drive profitability, identifying and managing the company’s key growth levers
• Work closely with current and potential investors and produce the models required for Series B fundraise
• As a key member of the senior executive, provide strategic guidance, advise on financial strategies.
• Advise board and investors of the overall financial position and potential risk areas for the company
• Own the balance sheet, cash flow and statutory reporting processes
• Work closely with the business regarding pricing decisions to media agencies to optimize business performance

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will ideally have experience as a FD ideally within an advertising / media based business. You will possess the confidence, gravitas, and well-developed influencing skills to advise guide and where appropriate challenge the leadership team.
