Job Description
  • Manage payment lists for various countries on a weekly, biweekly, and monthly basis
  • Daily update of receipt tracking for new sales and issue weekly debt list
  • Daily update of collection and highlight old debts, creating an action plan to collect.
  • Support the audit team by collecting and organizing supportive documentation for audits
  • Update audit schedules in a timely manner
  • Ad hoc archiving of folders
  • Produce monthly traffic light reports and stretch incentives.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices is useful.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with accounting software is a plus
