Job Description
  • General administration support, meeting visitors answering the phone.
  • Drafting letters, updating spreadsheets, dealing with supplier queries
  • Cashbook and Journal entries, payment reconciliation
  • Bank reconciliation and Accruals and Prepayments
  • Fixed Asset Register
  • Monitoring office supplies and processing orders accordingly.
  • Raising sales Invoices, Contractor Timesheet administration

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Purchase Ledger
  • Sales Invoices
  • Confident in dealing with customers over the telephone and face to face with a professional demeanor.
  • Maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Time management skills and the ability to priorities workloads.
