Job Description
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Processing and managing invoices to a high standard.
- Credit control duties.
- Liaising with external companies as required, responding with queries and account settlements.
- Process cash and cheques.
- Checking supplier statements and resolving purchase ledger queries.
- Inputting credit card statements into accounting software.
- Inputting expenses into accounting software.
- General ledger journals.
- Reconciliation duties.
- Establish high levels of customer service and communication between staff, customers and visitors to the site.
- Handling claim queries and debt management.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficient in Excel and other office software.
- Organized and able to work independently
- Able to meet deadlines and timetables.
- Confidence with all levels of communication.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Experience within an Accounts role.
- AAT is preferable but not essential.
- Clear English, Spoken and written is essential.
