Job Description
  • Raising invoices, responding to client invoice requests and inputting across to Sage
  • Checking costings are entered correctly against each job
  • Submitting daily sales invoices
  • Responsible for calculating all commission reports for clients and sales staff
  • Credit control
  • Processing sales receipts
  • Raising monthly client statements
  • Setting up new clients accounts, performing credit searches and reviewing limits
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Processing bank payments and print out daily bank statements
  • Producing weekly reports to give to Directors, highlighting any potential problems with client accounts
  • Assisting with other ad hoc duties

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent all-round accounts experience
  • Good knowledge in Sales and Purchase Ledger
  • Sage line 50 experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to priorities workload
  • Work well within a team
  • Adaptability and a personable approach
