Job Description
  • Reconciling retail sales transactions and receipts from tenders
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
  • Managing customer master data, raising invoices and follow up on settlement
  • Performing ageing analysis and follow up on the payments
  • Maintaining process notes and enhance process efficiency
  • Ensuring expense claims follow group policy
  • Follow up with employees' queries
  • Processing cash advances to employees
  • Reconciling monthly balances and transactions with group companies
  • Processing intercompany invoices and recharges
  • Communication of monthly intercompany statements
  • Assisting the month end closing activities
  • Preparing for Group consolidation reporting schedules

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Working towards accounting qualifications (eg. ACCA)
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the fashion retail industry
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Good at building relationships
  • Accuracy, transparency and attention to detail.
  • Ability to problem solve and manage data
  • Strong Excel skills and general IT skills essential.
