Job Description
  •  All aspects of Purchase Ledger
  •  Raising purchase orders
  •  Posting invoices
  •  Reconciling accounts
  •  Ensuring suppliers are paid on time
  •  All aspects of Sales Ledger
  •  Sales orders
  •  Invoices
  •  Allocating payments and dealing with general queries
  •  Reconciliation of bank
  •  Month end reports
  •  Data input into bespoke accountancy software
  •  Preparing timesheets and liaising with Payroll

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Knowledge of Excel
  •  Previous accounts experience
  •  Experience with the above daily duties and tasks
  •  Team player
