Job Description
  • Management of sales and purchase ledger
  • Bank/credit card reconciliations.
  •  Arranging payment of supplier invoices
  •  Credit Control
  •  Quarterly VAT return preparation and submission.
  •  Accruals and prepayments and other month end journals
  •  Preparing and managing cash flow forecasts.
  •  Manage monthly payroll and pensions for London.
  •  Working closely with the production team during and after projects ensuring correct
  • revenue recognition.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  •  A brilliant communicator able to explain finance to non-finance staff members.
  • Proactive approach to finance analysis and reporting.
  • Highly organized, able to work well in a team or alone, managing own workload.
  • Remain calm under pressure.
  •  High attention to detail.
  •  Not afraid to ask questions to shareholders or the team where necessary.
  •  This is a sole charge position any candidate should have a proven track record of management elsewhere.
