Job Description
- Prepare Service Charge Budgets and calculate Service Charges for Tenants
- Review Service Charge expenditure and investigate the variances
- Reconciliation of Service Charge reporting and Trial Balance
- Assist with the Year-end reconciliation and audit process
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience working with Service Charge Accounting in Commercial Real Estate
- Experience reporting up to Trial Balance
- Experience using Accounting Software
