Job Description
- Being the technical accounting lead for the Group
- Managing the relationship with global financial and tax advisors including corporation tax advisors
- Managing the preparation of financial statements and corporation tax filings in international territories
- Managing the relationship with external auditors and running the audit process
- Preparing accounting papers and Group consolidation
- Leading the preparation of financial statements for the group entities
- Oversee the completion of the corporation tax computation process, taking the lead on Corporation Tax queries from HMRC
- Oversee global VAT reporting for the Group and dealing with VAT queries both internally and with HMRC
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- This role would be best suited to an ACA or ACCA qualified Accountant with approx. two years post qualification experience.
