Prepare various pieces of financial analysis to support strategic decision making across the practice groups including the monthly compilation of the management accounts (together with written commentaries)
Prove historical trend analysis and model future potential performance based on varying assumptions
Business partner with senior stakeholders (Partner, Business Managers and Functional Heads)
Support the Divisional Finance Manager in dealing with ad hoc queries from Partners, Business Managers, Marketing, HR and practice support teams
Provide support to the Divisional Finance Manager/Business Managers in the planning, quarterly reforecasting and annual forecasting exercises
Preparation of presentations and data for senior stakeholders
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
A desire to work in an ever-changing environment with lots of ad-hoc requests - you will enjoy a position that is very ad-hoc
Strong data manipulation and presentation skills with Excel
Ability to understand business and communicate with both finance and non-finance personnel and senior management
The role demands a confident, self-motivated approach, commercial acumen and the gravitas to influence and advise key stakeholders
