Job Description
  • All aspects of Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger
  • Daily banking and credit card reconciliations
  • Assisting with VAT including maintaining records of import claims and preparing for returns
  • Petty cash reconciliation
  • Assist with month end preparations
  • Prepare monthly  cashflow reviews
  • Develop further reports and analysis
  • Processing sales commission reports quarterly

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Experience of using Xero would be a huge advantage
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy
