Job Description
  • Purchase Ledger - processing BACs payments, coding and checking invoices, VAT returns, bank reconciliations
  • Sales Ledger - raise sales invoices, reconcile sales ledger, chasing and allocating payment
  • Posting bank payments 
  • Setting up new customer accounts
  • Handling customer queries to investigate invoice discrepancies and resolve in a timely manner
  • Providing administrative support to the Finance Director and team when required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous experience in a similar finance / account's role
  • Proficient with MS Packages and previous accounting software's
  • Strong communicator, verbal and written
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task whilst ensuring accuracy
