Job Description
  • Arranging samples for posting.
  • Ordering stationery and receiving deliveries from couriers.
  • Liaising with the account manager regarding deliveries.
  • Receiving purchase invoices, checking the costs are correct on the system
  • Requesting credit notes and discussing any issues with suppliers
  • Preparing purchase Invoices onto Excel and entering onto Sage
  • Checking Sage for paid preform invoices
  • Raising and uploading Sales Invoices
  • Filing Sales Invoices and investigating any missing numbers

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Well organized with great attention to detail
  • Good with numbers and confident with using Excel
  • Ideally have basic accountancy knowledge 
  • Knowledge of Sage (not essential but preferred)
  • Able to self-manage workload
  • Happy to work with a small team
