Job Description
  • To perform financial tasks as directed by the accounts department. 
  • Performing general administration duties as required by the Commercial Manager
  • Assist in the administration and operation of contracts, such as company cars, some building services and insurances, renewals and claims etc. 
  • To assist in receiving incoming telephone calls, logging and transferring to an appropriate member of staff
  • To assist the Managing Director in occasional ad-hoc administration tasks
  • Ad-hoc assistance/cover for other departments where appropriate
     

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Well-motivated and able to work in a small friendly team.
  • Willingness and ability to learn and grow in the role as experience is gained.
  • Good communication skills (using telephone, e-mail or letter) when communicating with colleagues internally or customers and colleagues remotely.
  • Computer skills using MS Windows and standard Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook. 
  • Self-motivated and be able to work unsupervised when Management is away from the office.
