Job Description
  • Bookkeeping to include all books of prime entry for UK and US entities
  • Processing purchase and sales invoices
  • Processing expense claims
  • Preparation of VAT returns
  • Reconciliation of bank accounts and credit card statements
  • Preparation of weekly / bi-monthly activity reports
  • Purchase and sales ledger management including arranging payments
  • Month end processes, including balance sheet reconciliations
  • General support and assistance to the team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Minimum five years relevant experience in an accounting role
  • A good understanding of UK VAT
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to self-review
  • Proactive, organized, and self-motivated
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Dependable and reliable
  • Team Player
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and ideally Quickbooks Online
  • Education and Technical Qualifications Required
