  • Client invoicing, client payments and credit control
  • Purchase order and supplier invoice reconciliation
  • Dealing with supplier payments
  • Cashflow data preparation
  • Daily bank activity and reconciliation
  • Monthly accrual reconciliation
  • Expense and credit card management
  • Preparation of VAT returns
  • Ad hoc reporting

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience in accounts systems
  • Experience using Quickbooks
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Experience in similar finance role
  • Experience in a similar role/title
  • Be self-motivated and a team player
  • Great attention to detail
