Job Description
  • Maintain the Purchase Ledger
  • Processing of purchase invoices
  • Preparing weekly supplier payments and processing the payments through the bank
  • Processing sales invoices
  • Credit control
  • Month end prep
  • Preparing weekly reports and general adhoc admin tasks

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous experience in a finance role/ purchase ledger role
  • Experience in Sage Line 50 or Sage Line 200
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Good organizational and communication skills
